Automated Import of Bounces/Complaints
Currently, Amazon Simple Email Service sends notifications of Bounces and Complaints to a verified bounced email address. For large lists the number of bounces can be overwhelming if someone must manage them by hand. 10CentMail automates the import of bounced and complaint emails and keeps each list clean and updated.
Email Response Tracking
To maximize sales with email marketing you can monitor the performance of each marketing campaign. 10CentMail can track the number of recipients who open and respond to a campaign. Armed with this valuable information, you can adjust your campaigns for maximum effect.
Social Media Integration
10CentMail provides two types of social media integration: notification and tracking. When a campaign is sent a notification can be sent to Twitter and Facebook accounts so that followers and fans be kept in the loop. An autoresponder is an customizable email message sent to every person who signs up for your email list. Autoresponders can also be used to stay in touch with your customers and subscribers to keep the relationship from going stale. 10CentMail can send these autoresponder email messages out in response to list signups, birthday greetings, list unsubscribes, or purchase reminders.
Double Opt-in
When someone leaves you their email address, 10CentMail can immediately send them an Opt-In email with a link in it. By clicking that link the email recipient has opted in to your email list twice, giving you verifiable proof that they want to hear from you again.
Reporting
10CentMail provides flreporting on email opens and link-clicks for each campaign and email list.
